We're so excited to welcome your athlete into our Summer Dryland Training Group. Our goal with these sessions is about so much more than simply “working out.”

We want to help athletes:

  • move better
  • become more coordinated and explosive
  • build confidence in their bodies
  • improve athleticism for volleyball and beyond
  • learn how to train properly at a young age

14U Summer Dryland Training Options

Wave Mondays 4:30 - 5:30 PM
June/July

Our goal with offering this time slot is to allow only U14 Wave Indoor Athletes a designated time to continue to train together. 

We've made sure it doesn't conflict with practice times for those of you who are playing Softball, Beach Volleyball, or both.

Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:30
June/July

Some may choose this time slot for the convenience of training right before Beach Practice. Our location allows for your athlete to walk/jog over to the Sylvan Lake Pier (1.5km)

You will train alongside athletes of different ages and ability.

Michael & Brandie are dedicated to helping youth athletes move more powerfully, compete with confidence, and reach their potential.

As a former collegiate athlete, Michael was recognized as a multi-year ACAC All-Star and Academic All-Canadian

Michael is also a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, bringing a strong understanding of strength development, movement mechanics, and athletic performance to his coaching approach.

Michael believes that when athletes learn how to move well, their skills become more consistent, their confidence grows, and their love for the game deepens.

Brandie, a former UBC USport athlete & team leader, is also a 3-sport Provincial Champion, with a Degree in Exercise Science (Human Kinetics).

She believes that when athletes strengthen their mindset, habits and confidence, they not only compete better — they also develop life skills that extend far beyond sport.

Together with Michael’s movement and performance training, Brandie completes a well-rounded development experience that supports the Whole Athlete — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Their boutique movement approach allows every athlete to receive focused feedback, intentional training, and a clear development path ... that leads to winning in sport & life.
